Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Site Tempus processes information when you use its Discord bot, Roblox integration, and website.
Information we process
- Account identifiers: Discord user ID, Roblox user ID, current Roblox username, and verification time.
- Community records: experience points, ranks, qualifications or role bindings, warnings, blacklists, and administrative audit entries.
- OAuth security data: a random one-time state value and PKCE verifier, automatically expiring after ten minutes.
- Technical data: basic web request data such as IP address, request time, route, and browser information may appear in temporary server or proxy logs for security and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used only to verify Roblox identity, confirm group membership, synchronize Discord and Roblox roles, manage progression and moderation records, prevent abuse, and diagnose service problems.
OAuth and passwords
Authentication occurs on Roblox's official website. Site Tempus does not receive Roblox passwords. OAuth access and refresh tokens are not retained after identity verification.
Storage and sharing
Persistent records are held in a private MySQL database. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, community administrators who require it for moderation, or authorities when legally required.
Retention and deletion
One-time OAuth records expire after ten minutes. Linked-account and progression records remain while needed to operate the community. Moderation and audit records may be retained for community safety and accountability. You may request access, correction, unlinking, or deletion through the official Discord server. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security and age
We use restricted database access, one-time OAuth state, PKCE, and role-based administration. No system can guarantee absolute security. The service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the service changes. The effective date shown below identifies the current version.
