Terms of Service

By using Site Tempus, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Roblox and Discord terms and community rules.

Service

Site Tempus provides Roblox identity verification, Discord role synchronization, group progression, moderation records, and related community administration features. It is an independent community service and is not endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate account authorization and may link only an account you control. You may not bypass permissions, impersonate another person, exploit the service, automate abusive requests, interfere with availability, or use the service unlawfully.

Community administration

Authorized community staff may award or remove experience, change ranks, issue warnings, maintain blacklists, and review audit records. Community ranks and access are privileges governed by community rules, not purchased property.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, platform changes, or community needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension

Access may be limited or revoked when these terms, platform rules, or community policies are violated, or when necessary to protect users and infrastructure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Site Tempus and its community administrators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption, account actions, data loss, or third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
